Who We’re Hiring

Senior Consultants

Nearly Qualified Actuaries | 2–5 Years of Experience You’re progressing through exams and ready to deepen your consulting exposure. You bring strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. You’ll work closely with Managers and Senior Managers across reserving, capital, financial reporting, and regulatory projects, gaining direct exposure to clients and senior stakeholders.

Managers

Qualified Actuaries | 1-3 Years PQE with Team/Project Leadership Experience As a Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery, manage client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues. You’re comfortable translating technical work into commercial insights and thrive in an agile, delivery-focused environment. You’ll help shape both client outcomes and Sephira’s internal growth.

Senior Managers

Qualified Actuaries | 5+ Years PQE, PCF Experience Preferred You are a seasoned consultant or former in-house leader with deep technical and regulatory knowledge. Experience holding or supporting PCF roles (e.g. Head of Actuarial Function, Chief Risk Officer) is a strong advantage. At this level, you’ll lead strategic engagements, represent Sephira in regulated roles where appropriate, and help guide the firm’s direction as we grow.
